My name is Harlan Mauch and I live in Shepherd, Montana. I started flintknapping in 1998 and am basically "self taught". Being a rockhound all my life, I had always wanted to find an authentic arrowhead, but never did-so, I decided to try and make my own and began to learn the art of flintknapping! Over the years I have made arrowheads, a bow and arrows, and knives with deer horn handles. I am a cabinet maker by trade and custom make unique wooden frames, display boxes, and display cases. Items in my collection are for sale or trade.
